Solutions Manager (Sales)

We are looking for dynamic individuals who are interested to make an impact in the IoT market. IoT Solution Manager (ISM) is focused on solution selling, customer management, evangelising IoT technology. ISM will develop business based on received inquiries, pursuing leads and engaging existing opportunities. ISM will co-create and contribute to both internal and external (partners & customers) parties to make a successful impact to the business.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales opportunities that will generate profitable sales.
• Manage the sales pipeline of the assigned opportunities and report its progress on a weekly basis.
• Create solution proposals with the support of the Technology team, based on the products available in-house and partners.
• Up-Selling (Farming), to enhance the value of the current solution that will benefit the customers business - creating a farming pipeline.
• Support the technology team in shaping the solution for opportunities.
• Co-Create innovative strategies and solution that enhances the offering to the market by benchmarking the key pillars/framework of Industry Revolution 4.0

Ideal Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Business, Engineering, Master of Science or similar
• Preferred at least 5 years of experience in engineering, or relationship sales
• Entrepreneurial and have good commercial understanding
• Need to have customer and market insight as well as negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (reading and writing)

Marketing Manager

This position is for a person with at least 5 years of Marketing experience in a technology company and looking for an opportunity to showcase his/her creativity in a team. This person is expected to display creativity in all aspects of marketing and technology, to support Xperanti’s eco-system of partners and IoT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Primary role – to develop marketing materials and content that are aligned to Xperanti’s business, strategy and value propositions
• Secondary role – to lead marketing related activities, participation in events and managing marketing channels/platforms
• Develop & execute EDM (Email Direct Marketing) plans
• Select & approach Targeted prospects: large organizations, distributors & system integrators
• Find & liaise with press contacts
• Maintain social media channels (Facebook/Twitter/YouTube) & strategy to increase likes + weekly news updates.
• Support in design & preparation of brochures & presentations

Ideal Skills and Qualifications

• A degree in Marketing or Mass Communication

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow regulations & create/update company rules/policies.
• Ensure the timely preparation of budget and expenditure reports, accounts payables & receivables
• Perform all reconciliations, including trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet adjustments
• Provide the provision of a quality and accurate payroll service
• Maintains efficient control of all assets.
• Manage outsourced functions
• Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. bankers, customers and suppliers
• Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
• Assist management in the formulation of strategic commercial projects
• Participate in the organisational continuous improvement cycle, inherent to a start-up
• Provide customer service, customer relationship and engagement with all stakeholders
• Manage & Find grants for start-ups in technology fields

Ideal Skills and Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications and demonstrated experience (at least 5 years) in accounting/finance. Preference will be given to candidates with the Certified Public Accountant/Chartered Accountant designations.

Network & Operations Engineer

Dynamic engineers who are passionate about communication networks and IoT. The Network and Operations Engineer is responsible for ensuring the maximum possible service availability and performance for Xperanti's customers on our Sigfox Network.  You will also ensure that network operations are efficient by monitoring network performance, coordinating planned maintenance, responding to network issues and making necessary improvements.

Responsibilities

Primary: Sigfox Network - Implementation & Operations
• Support network planning activities including site identification, simulation, testing, validation and presentation of coverage areas
• To deploy, integrate, validate and maintain the Sigfox IoT network that best delivers sustainable, stable and high-quality services
• Manage network operations and support field operations teams
• Coordinate with teams in network test activities, meeting KPI targets/requirements and acceptance of the network
• Analyze and troubleshoot network test results and network statistics and recommend/execute solution to improve RF/network quality
• Manage technical progress, tracking, reporting, documentation, and governance issues on overall network performance
• Ensure network trouble ticket resolution

Secondary IoT Solution - Delivery & Customer Support
• Identify and meet customer/client needs and requirements
• Support delivery of IoT solutions to end customers/ clients
• Provide technical support to the internal teams and customer/ clients

Ideal Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunication Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of solid hands on experience and knowledge on optimization / rollout / operations of telecommunication networks
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in data crunching and analysis using worksheet or database applications
• Familiar with network testing, monitoring and analytics tools
• Working experience with base station equipment is an added advantage
• Project management knowledge and experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good report writing skills

IoT Solutions Architect (aka Pre-Sales)

Dynamic individuals who are interested to make an impact in the IoT market. IoT Solutions Architect (ISA) is focused on analysing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end IoT solutions/use cases. ISA is also accountable for the success and profitability of the solutions by ensuring customer pain-points, technical requirements and goals are clearly translated into solution and proposals. Good understanding of Industrial Revolution 4.0, Big Data and Cloud.

• Responsible for analyzing market data to determine the ideal customers for a given IoT solution/use case.
• Assist sales team in qualifying prospects by using their deep understanding of the product’s ideal customer pain points.
• Provide product knowledge support to sales team. Deep product knowledge is required to write a sales pitch that highlights the product’s features and benefits.
• Strategic thinking to craft successful sales pitches for their sales team. They also use their strategic thinking skills when contributing to marketing strategy meetings.
• Analyze the market and develop IoT solutions/use cases for the Sales team.
• Support the technology team in shaping the solution for opportunities.

Profile

• Education: Bachelor of Computer Sciences, Master of Science or equivalent
• Preferred 5 years of experience of software or web application development, or solution integration
• Excellent knowledge of cloud solutions, applications and/or hardware infrastructure
• Deep knowledge of cloud computing services and experience in developing applications in the cloud will be highly advantageous
• Certifications such as ITIL, MCSA, MCSD will be highly advantageous
• Fluent in English (reading and writing)
