Reporting Structure

Responsibilities

PRIMARY – Sales Operations

  • Act as the main point of contact for all sales operation activities.
  • Define quarterly objectives and drive the team to hit key milestones to increase acquisition and activation.
  • Build and help to standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review.
  • Provide recommendations and take actions based on strategic objectives, forecast, or performance metrics.
  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes and evaluating new tools.
  • Create and maintain documentation on sales processes and policies.
  • Identify and eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
  • Salesforce administration and tracking opportunities – to drive the progress with the Sales team.
  • Contracts/Agreements with Clients/Partners – ensure it's according to scope and deliverables, and work with Sales and Finance.
  • Produce and review actionable and accurate sales reporting for solution managers.
  • Partner with solution managers and marketing to refine lead qualification process, analyze, and report on campaign performances with reporting and dashboards.
  • Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and help create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes.
  • Support sales spiff programs by updating performance, reporting, and communications to participants to drive success.
  • Work with Finance, HR, and sales management to develop sales incentive programs and compensation planning in order to increase sales productivity.

SECONDARY – Bid Support

  • Supports the business by planning and managing the bid response process and delivering documents in line with the company’s brand.
  • Manage the response process and engage with all parts of the business to ensure a professional, compliant, and compelling proposal is submitted. The role involves project managing the response and bid writing.
  • The individual is expected to develop win strategies and bid plans and bring ideas and fresh thinking to the company.
  • Timely planning, management, and completion of the allocated sections of bid submissions.
  • Organising the review of the submissions against client requirements.
  • Planning, writing, and co-ordinating bid responses. Compiling, updating, and maintaining a library of company standard tender documentations.
  • Build internal and external relationships with individuals associated with the bid process in order to create quality bids.
  • Reviewing bid submissions for quality and accuracy.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance and improve the process, whilst sharing best practices with the team.
  • Have a clear understanding and interpretation of the questions within the pre-qualification questionnaire and tender documents.
  • Ensure accuracy and up to date information is placed in all tender and pre-qualification questionnaire documents.

Overview

We are looking for dynamic individuals who are interested to make an impact in the IoT market. Multimedia interns are focused on assisting the marketing team in increasing the awareness of IoT and Sigfox technology. Interns will be able to develop new skills in a real-world working environment and be involved in many aspects of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the projects for creation and preparation of all artwork/designs for promotion, marketing and advertising
  • Be a part of design team, share new concept, ideas and implementations for assigned projects

Profile

  • Education: Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
  • Skills: Graphic Design, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia
